Montepulciano
Perched on top of a hill in southern Tuscany not far from Siena is Montepulciano. A medieval town of rare beauty that is definitely worth a visit. Montepulciano has recently become a very popular tourist destination with a considerable increase in visitors, following the shooting of the famous film New Moon, the sequel to the vampire saga Twilight.
